@Irene - Populi Account Administrators can set "Allow All Users to Upload Their Own ID Photos" to "Yes" in Account > Account Settings > General Settings.

@Patty - I would encourage you to submit a new feature request regarding this change to the Email Faculty function since this one is already marked "Done".

We've talked about this kind of thing before, but it always seems a lot more complicated than just letting users update their own contact info whenever they need to, like you can in Populi now.

You can now clone from a course instance that isn't the same catalog course as the one you are cloning to.

The way terms are displayed in Populi is Academic Year followed by Term Name so you can always tell what academic year the term your looking at is in. So when you see "2009-2010 Spring" in the term...
