Just in case you aren't aware, you can set up digital resources in your Populi library catalog, and Populi will track when they are accessed. These can be files or URLs. More info in this article.

I agree - that's no good. In general we don't use color alone to convey meaning, but this one slipped though. We'll get that changed.
