Please add the ability for Advisers to see the progress grades of the students they advise.

We could use a "Registrar" with read-only access. Our Vice-Rectors, Deans, & formation advisors need to see all students' files, but not modify them.

Also, the Staff role gives too much authority for most of our staff. How do you (anyone) deal with managing these employees (maintenance, library, cleaning, clerical, etc)?
