Students are always confused when they get the email from Populi when their online access is set up and/or they are completing the rest of their application. They do not recognize Populi and expect one from our college instead. I realize this may be a big deal for Populi, but I think it would be a welcomed improvement.

Daniel Humphreys I would have to agree with this. We have a long list of prospectives who have filled out the initial form and never logged in. Even though we state they should look for an email from "populibot@populiweb.com" I have a feeling it gets deleted a lot; or worse marked as spam.

Kevin Gibson Yes, we have the same issues too - people are confused seeing from @populi.co are concerned of phishing attempt, spam, etc.
Would love to have ability for emails to come from our institution's domain.

Rose Martinez I agree. We currently do not send the application directly do students since the unknown address that sends it usually get deleted or goes to spam. We would also love to be able to customize the message that is sent out to include the applicant's name and program of interest.

Joanie Clingan I am adding my vote to this. I am currently setting up a new program in Populi and even the faculty who are testing things are confused by the email. Can we please make the return address be from our institution?

Adam Wilson Seems like customizing the communications from the system would be a pretty high priority enhancement. Especially with the significant focus on email security and delivery, the application email from Populi isn't great.
I am certainly adding my vote to this request, as well as
